Shipping policy

- We customize the dress after the order is placed and ship within 1 to 5 working days after the payment is successful, depending on customization needed as per individual orders. We welcome and promote final confirmation on Size Measurement, Address, Colour & Contact Points from the customers.

- Custom / Import Charges and Taxes will be paid by the buyer. Local / International tax both. Delay in destination country 'customs/import department' is not covered under late shipment. Delay by shipping company due to 'any reason' is not covered by Maxim Creation as we have already fulfilled the order by completing the process of handing over the order to the shipping company. These are non-refundable charges you will pay as customs duty/ import charges.

- Express Shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and Blue Dart so your item is safe & secured. Express shipping takes 5-9 business days for delivery from the date of shipping the parcel (and not date of purchase).

- Free Shipping items will be sent via Post & it generally takes 10-15 working days for delivery from the date of shipping the parcel (and not date of purchase). FREE shipping is not available for certain countries namely:

Russian, Brazil, Argentina, Bangladesh, Africa, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Central America, Caribbean, Middle East, Oceania, South America, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Croatia, Republic of, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard, Jan Mayen, Ukraine, and Vatican City State Customers. USA - FPO addresses.

- For Postal delivery, you need to contact custom-office or your nearest post-office.

- Tracking Number and Carrier name is provided immediately after the item is dispatched. Customer pays Local import taxes.
