Terms of Sale

- To maintain the product quality the best, most dresses are NOT in ready stock and are custom made as per individual customer requirements. Customization may take a few days extra depending on your request.

- Customized Order once placed cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. All and complete customization detail must be provided at checkout in the 'notes to seller' section or on email along with the order number. E-mail id for the same: sales@maximcreation.com

- The contact number and active email id should be mentioned while purchasing the product itself.

- Most hand Embroidery dresses have Crystals, Beads and Sequins that are put by hand. Owing to the nature of embroidery done by hand a bead or two may fall and this is considered normal. This is due to the fact its handmade through the artisan's handicraft making process. While shipping, a bead or two may come off and we provide special material packages with all our dresses to address the same.

- Special note : Slight color variations possible due to individually differing mobile / desktop screen and photographic resolutions.

- We do not share personal customer details with anyone outside Maxim Creation.
